A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse who holds a Master's degree in nursing and has completed additional specialized education and training in advanced clinical practice. NPs are autonomous healthcare providers who diagnose and treat illnesses, prescribe medications, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide comprehensive primary healthcare services. NPs provide holistic care to individuals across the lifespan, from infants to the elderly.

Lara obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan (NEPS), University of Saskatchewan She worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of settings, including acute care; medical surgery units, pediatrics, day surgery, women’s health and community settings with public health; the maternity visiting program and Indigenous Health. Lara graduated with her Master of Nursing: Nurse Practitioner from the Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program (CNPP), University of Regina in 2016. She is registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan practices as a Family All Ages Nurse practitioner. Lara’s nursing passion includes caring for people of all ages from infancy to elderly. She has a passion for women’s health and enjoys working with vulnerable people in marginalized communities. She believe in equality for all patients and works to break down any barriers that will result in poor health outcomes.

Kim is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Saskatchewan to provide care across the lifespan, with a special focus on geriatrics. Kim has a strong belief that seniors thrive best in the comfort of their home environment. Kim specializes in delivering personalized , comprehensive health care through convenient home visits. Kim’s commitment to caring for older adults is deeply personal . In honor of her late father , Kim carries forward the impact that home - based care had on his life. Thanks to the support of health provider home visits , her father was able to remain at home until his passing - an experience that continues to guide her mission of helping other families experience the same comfort, dignity and quality of life. Kim’s practice emphasizes individualized treatment plans to encourage each patient’s independence and well being . By combining clinical expertise with a warm, approachable style, Kim partners with patients and families to ensure they receive the support they need to remain safe , healthy, and empowered at home. Adrienne is a native of Regina Saskatchewan. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Saskatchewan, formerly known as the Nursing Education Program of Saskatchewan (NEPS) in 2008. The majority of her Registered Nursing career was in acute care neurosciences as well as the Stroke Prevention clinic, working closely with Neurologist and providing patient education and case management. Adrienne graduated with her Master of Nursing: Nurse Practitioner from the University of Regina, Collaborative Nurse Practitioner Program (CNPP) in 2019. Adrienne practices all ages family care with experience and special interest in Women’s Health as well as Indigenous health. Throughout her Practitioner career she has experience working within Regina’s core neighborhood and collaborating with various organizations within the community. As a former competitive athlete herself, Adrienne enjoys working with athletes. One of Adrienne’s core values is empowering people she cares for to be active participants and advocates in their health and care decisions.
